Women Health Series: Menstrual Health and Period Dignity
Kicking off our Women’s Health Series, this webinar explores menstrual health and period dignity as critical, yet often overlooked, drivers of gender equity at work.
Our latest WiHTL & DiR Women in Work survey highlights a growing disconnect, with many women feeling they are no longer benefiting from workplace inclusion efforts as they did 12 months ago. This raises important questions about whether organisations have scaled back their initiatives, or if current approaches are simply not targeted enough to address women’s real experiences.
This signals a need to focus on wider topics such as menstrual health and period dignity, which can directly impact comfort, confidence and ultimately performance, yet are rarely addressed.
In this session, we hear from Members who will share their own initiatives and also hear from one of our partners, Grace & Green, a leading voice in this space, who will share why menstrual health and period dignity are strategic priorities for employers looking to retain and progress women, alongside practical steps to create more supportive, inclusive workplaces.

Menopause Matters: From Awareness to Action
Menopause is a critical career stage that too often goes unsupported, despite its significant impact on experienced talent. However, momentum is building. Under the Employment Rights Act, UK employers with over 250 employees will be required to publish Menopause Action Plans, signalling a decisive shift from awareness to accountability. This session moves beyond discussion to focus on tangible action. We will be joined by Sally Leech, Co-Director from menopause experts, Henpicked, and by organisations in our Collaboration Community who are leading the way on menopause support, as they share effective strategies, policies and cultural shifts that make a real difference. We’ll also explore what makes a strong menopause action plan and what it should include in practice. Discover how the right approach can improve retention, reduce burnout and support women's sustained performance and progression across the industry.
