Do I need to register in advance? 

You must book your place to attend the Inclusion Summit via our booking page here otherwise you will not be able to gain entry.

What time does the event start? 

Doors will open at 09:00 BST, with registration between 09:00 - 10:00 BST.

Can I join after the event starts?  

Yes, but please note we may not be able to admit you until an appropriate time between sessions. 

Do I need a ticket to enter the event? 

You must pre-register for the Inclusion Summit via Eventbrite. You will be able to collect your name badge at registration when you arrive. To register click here.

I can’t come any longer, can someone else come in my place?  

Yes, if they are from the same member organisation. Please contact us so we can change the booking details. 

Do I have to pay to attend the Inclusion Summit?  

The Inclusion Summit is free of charge to WiHTL and DiR member organisations who get 5 tickets per company. If you are not a member of WiHTL or DiR, please contact

Can I use my personal email to register if I don’t have a company email address? 

That’s fine to use your personal email address however please ensure you have included the company name on the booking form so we know if you are a member or not. 

Can I extend the invite to my colleagues?

Absolutely. We are keen for as many of our members to join us for the Inclusion Summit. 

Can I make a group booking?

Member organisations can book up to 5 places via our booking page here and should speak with their HR leader before organising tickets. For groups over 5, please contact your WiHTL or DiR contact.

What is the venue address?

The address is London Hilton on Park Lane, 22 Park Ln, London W1K 1BE. The nearest tube stations are Hyde Park Corner and Green Park.

Will there be food provided? 

We will be providing catering, more details to follow.

Photos & filming 

Please note that we will be photographing and filming the Inclusion Summit. By attending this event, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and for WiHTL & DiR to use these images and videos in promotional and/or marketing materials.

When in the Auditorium, please ensure that your phone is set to Silent mode. We kindly ask you to not record any of the content in the Auditorium, however, you are very welcome to take photos during lunch and networking and share on social media.
