About Us

WiHTL is the only Collaboration Community devoted to increasing Diversity and Inclusion across Hospitality, Travel and Leisure.

Our joint mission with Diversity in Retail is to support companies across Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail to create diverse and inclusive environments and to positively impact 5 million employees globally by 2030.

Whilst gender remains a core pillar of our work, we have expanded our remit to cover race and ethnicity, raise awareness of the challenges faced by other underrepresented groups and mobilise meaningful action when it comes to creating truly inclusive workplaces across the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure industry.

WiHTL Advisory Board

“Being able to collaborate with like-minded businesses via the WiHTL Community only makes our impact stronger. We must continue to maintain a relentless, collective focus on this important topic, welcoming more businesses into this powerful Community so we can continue to share learnings, best practice and new insight to deliver real change across the board.”

Patricia Page-Champion, SVP & Global Commercial Director, Hilton

“As a newcomer to the WiHTL Advisory Board my early perspective is entirely positive. Tea Colaianni and her team have garnered support for WiHTL & DiR from all manner of organisations, the very large and small, through the excellent programmes they offer, the communities they support and the events they organise. All are great forums for us to collaborate and learn from each other.”

Kari Daniels, CEO, SSP UK & Ireland
