Due to the success of last year’s Employee Network Group (ENG) Conference, WiHTL and DiR will be hosting the conference for a second year running, on Tuesday 14th March 2023.
ENGs inspire colleagues with common interests and passions to come together and play a key role in driving cultural change within an organisation. This virtual conference is aimed at anyone who is involved with an ENG, either through trying to set one up or leading, supporting or empowering the networks. We will welcome a range of speakers and panels on the day who will explore some of the most challenging and rewarding aspects of their ENG journey with the audience.

You will receive the Zoom link to join the event via an email from an Eventbrite a few days before the event takes place.
What time does the event start?
The Employee Network Groups Conference will start promptly at 13:00 and finish at 16:30.
Can I join after the event starts?
Yes, but please ensure your microphone is muted when you join to avoid any sound issues.
I can’t come any longer, can someone else come in my place?
Yes, if they are from the same member organisation. Please contact us so we can change the registration details.
Do I have to pay to attend the Employee Network Groups Conference?
The event is free of charge to WiHTL and DiR member organisations. If you are not a member of WiHTL, please contact lucy@wihtl.com.
Can I use my personal email to register if I don’t have a company email address?
That’s fine to use your personal email address however please ensure you have included the company name on the Eventbrite registration form so we know if you are a member or not.
Can I extend the invite to my colleagues?
Absolutely. We are keen for many of our members to attend the event.

The Employee Network Groups Conference is being hosted on the Zoom platform. Zoom has many accessibility capabilities, such as various captioning and video display options.
