The Inclusion Summit returns for a fifth year!
We create bespoke solutions for our members when they need additional or deeper support to progress their inclusion journey, driving organisational growth.
Be a part of our ever-growing Collaboration Community of companies and individuals committed to creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
We believe that no single company can make progress with the inclusion agenda on its own. Through collaboration we are able to have a greater impact on progressing inclusion in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure and in society as a whole.
This year’s Inclusion Summit theme of “Performance with Purpose” signals a decisive shift in how organisations across Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail understand leadership, value creation and long‑term success.
For too long, purpose and performance have been treated as competing forces, as if leaders must choose between doing the right thing and delivering results. Yet all the evidence shows the opposite. In a high‑pressure environment shaped by talent shortages, shifting consumer expectations, investor scrutiny and constant disruption, the organisations that outperform are those that lead with clarity of purpose and discipline of execution.
This year’s theme will be brought to life through panel discussions, workshops and keynote presentations. Experts, practitioners and senior leaders will examine how purpose‑driven, inclusive cultures drive productivity, innovation and sustainable profit. Sessions will focus on the realities of leadership today, how leaders and boards translate values into commercial value and how purpose, when embedded properly, becomes a competitive advantage, not a cost.
The 2026 Inclusion Summit agenda will turn insight into action and equip leaders to embed inclusive leadership at the core of commercial strategy.
In 2025, over 90 of the UK’s foremost organisations across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail sectors participated, and this figure looks set to rise in 2026. Will your organisation be among them?
Developed in partnership with the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes Business School, the Inclusion Maturity Curve is a unique, industry-backed framework. This assessment enables you to measure the maturity and impact of your company’s inclusion initiatives, policies and practices and the progress you are making in building a diverse and inclusive organisation.
"Taking part in the Maturity Curve has really helped us as a business deliver on being a best-in-class employer." Kirstie Loveridge, Executive Vice President, People and Culture at AEG Europe
