WHAT IS COMING UP
The Inclusive Leader Series
WiHTL is delighted to launch The Inclusive Leader Programme (ILP), the most comprehensive cross-industry programme ever put in place to support leaders across HTL create, nourish and sustain diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their true selves to our companies.
The programme includes a series of webinars, toolkits and resources to support leaders across HTL create the best possible conditions for inclusive environments. The ILP will be supplemented by unique to the HTL industry, evidence based, action driven research conducted in partnership with PWC and The MBS Group.
The next session takes place on Tuesday 29th September with the launch of our new report into the impact of Covid-19 on women and people from ethnic minorities working in the hospitality, travel and leisure industry.
