WiHTL Founder & Chair, Tea Colaianni Talks to PM Boris Johnson Regarding Gender Equality

WiHTL, Founder & Chair, Tea Colaianni joined a virtual roundtable with Prime Minister Boris Johnson on what more can be done to support gender equality in the workplace in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure as we recover from the pandemic.

Representing the voice of women across the sector, Tea highlighted that the disproportionate impact from the pandemic on women requires a disproportionate policy response in support of women for a number of years and focused on 4 key actions.

Take Part in Our Research into Key Actions to Progress Gender Equality

We all know that there has been a disproportionately negative impact on women due to the pandemic. The question is what are we going to do about it? In partnership with HR DataHub we are launching a research piece which aims to capture tangible actions from within our industry and we need your help. The output of the report will be presented to government and our industry.
