Ethnic Minority Future Leaders in HTL Programme

Starting late January 2021, we are excited to launch the Ethnic Minority Future Leaders in HTL Programme - the first and only cross-industry leadership development programme that:

  • supports future leaders from an ethnic minority background

  • features role models from within the hospitality, travel and leisure industry (HTL)

  • provides access to C-suite executives across HTL

  • creates a lasting community of ethnic minority future leaders

Women to Watch & Advocates for Change in HTL 2020 Index

We are delighted to launch the second edition of the Women To Watch & Advocates for Change in HTL Index in partnership with the wonderful team at The MBS Group.

The 2020 edition of the Index highlights an incredible line up of talented female role models with broad experiences and achievements - women distinguished for their commercial and operational excellence, industry and social impact, achievements, resilience and commitment to the industry - whilst it also profiles 10 inspiring advocates for diversity and inclusion.

The launch event was held on 1st December at 11.30am and included insights from guest speakers Keith Barr, CEO, IHG; Penny Hughes, Chair, The Gym Group and an inspirational talk by Hannah Ingram-Moore - daughter of Captain Sir Tom Moore.
