inclusion in Inclusive Recruitment Bitesize Masterclass
We are delighted to offer WiHTL & DiR Members the opportunity to join inclusion in's upcoming bitesize masterclass series.
The ‘Inclusive Recruitment Bitesize Masterclass’ is designed to equip Leaders with the core knowledge and tools necessary to ensure a more inclusive process and outcome when hiring for their teams. The session will offer practical insights into eliminating bias and promoting equity through inclusive job descriptions, accessible interview techniques and more!
This is the first in a series of three bitesize masterclasses, with the second taking place on Wednesday 16th October on the topic of Inclusive Progression and the final masterclass on Inclusive Decision-Making taking place on Thursday 21st November.
