We believe that no single company can make progress with the inclusion agenda on its own.  Through collaboration we are able to have a greater impact on progressing EDI in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure and in society as a whole. 

On the 5th November 2024 we held our biggest Inclusion Summit yet at the Indigo at the O2 Arena. The range of stories, experiences, and voices of inclusion shared throughout the day was a true source of inspiration.

We were thrilled to welcome over 700 delegates from organisations across Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, and Retail, creating a vibrant energy as we explored this year's theme, 'Measuring the Business Impact of Inclusion.'
