Introducing Our CFO Board
In September 2023 we held the inaugural meeting of the newly established WiHTL and Diversity in Retail CFO Board.
Spearheaded by a conversation between Tea Colaianni and Founding Member Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson CFO at Flutter Entertainment Plc and attended by, Selina Butterfield-Mashoofi FCA Central Co-op, Claire Catlin Moto Hospitality Leanne Chamberlain McDonald's, Mark George Wickes, Eleni Savva Elior Group, Raj Sharma Saga - Travel and Robert Moorhead WHSmith.
The Board discussed the role Chief Financial Officers can play as advocates of diversity and inclusion across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail industry and agreed a comprehensive programme of work to invest in the diverse pipeline in the finance department in particular.

Tea commented: “I was blown away by the deep understanding amongst all members of the blockers and challenges encountered by underrepresented groups on their way up. The level of commitment and engagement from this group as well as their desire to be personally involved in shaping our collaborative effort to move the dial for all working in our industry is remarkable and I have no doubt it will accelerate the pace of change.”
