Our Inclusion Summit is back!
Celebrating our 2025 Role Models for Inclusion in Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail.
We had the privilege of coming together to celebrate an incredible group of individuals recognised in the 2025 Role Models for Inclusion in Hospitality Travel Leisure and Retail Index produced in partnership with The MBS Group.
Hosted at the AlixPartners offices overlooking the London skyline, guests were welcomed by Tea Colaianni our Founder and Chair, who opened the afternoon with reflections on the power of representation and the importance of sharing lived experiences to drive change.
Elliott Goldstein Managing Partner at The MBS Group, followed with insights into why the Index is so impactful, highlighting the courage and authenticity of those featured and the importance of advocating for inclusion at all levels of business.
In an inspiring fireside chat, Tea was joined by Helen Milligan Smith CEO & President of Aramark UK & Global Offshore, on why inclusion needs to be at the core of building a winning culture.
Moderated by our Chief Impact Officer, Joanna Aunon, our panel brought together 4 of this year’s Role Models:

We were also honoured to hear from Lisa Campbell Squires Co-CEO of Team Domenica, our Charity Partner of the Year, who shared the organisation’s vital mission to champion employment opportunities for young people with learning disabilities.
Each speaker shared how they are creating inclusive environments within their organisations and the everyday actions that are helping shift cultures and mindsets. From storytelling to frontline engagement and leading by example, it was a powerful reminder that anyone in any role can be a Role Model for inclusion.
Tea Colaianni closed the event with heartfelt final remarks reminding us "Inclusion is not about helping people fit into the system, it's about changing the system to welcome everyone."
