The Inclusion Summit returns for a fifth year!
The award-winning UK&IWLP is a unique, comprehensive, cross-industry programme designed to provide a series of experiences and learning opportunities to support career progression for high potential women leaders in the UK&I HTL industry.
This programme will enable delegates to:
Understand strategic thinking for leadership
Increase confidence and personal resilience
Build career-enhancing networks
Provide insights into the journey of a C-suite leader
Create an Individual Action Plan
The programme is open to WiHTL members to attend (member companies can nominate up to 2 women leaders per cohort). Non-members are also able to participate for a fee per nomination.

Project 10,000 is our bold ambition to positively impact 10,000 individuals through our Leadership Development Programmes by 2030.
This includes Delegates, Mentors, Line managers, Executive Sponsors and Reverse Mentees, all of whom play a vital role in driving inclusion across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail sectors. By setting this target we aim to accelerate lasting cultural change, empower future leaders and support organisations in building more inclusive and representative workplaces. Project 10,000 is more than a number, it is a commitment to creating a ripple effect of impact that extends far beyond the programmes themselves.
